- No Credit Checks! That’s right! We don’t believe in doing credit checks. Now days, it’s so easy to end up with bad credit that we don’t believe credit reports are an accurate way to determine if a person is a good risk for a loan. We really believe in giving everyone a chance to own land so WE APPROVE EVERYONE! We act as our own bank and finance all of the properties we sell so there’s never any banks involved to turn you down.
- Super Low Down Payments! We know how hard it can be to put a little money back during these touch economic times so we set our down payments so low that nearly everyone can afford them. Typically we ask for a down payment of between $200 – $500. Wait! It get’s even better. If things are really tight for you this month but you would like to get started buying land right away, in some cases we’ll even let you split the down payment up over two a month period. You could pay half of the down payment now and half next month. Your first monthly payment may not be due for two whole months!
- Really Low Monthly Payments! We understand that it can be tough to stretch the family dollar and we want to make sure that you really can afford to buy land without putting a strain on your budget so we set our monthly payments to be really low. So low in fact that they start as low as low as $100 a month!
We regularly sell land to people from all over the country. Many of these people can’t make the trip out to view the land before they buy so we have an amazing policy to make it easy for them. If you buy a lot sight unseen, you have one year to come out and have a look at it. If you don’t absolutely love it, you can switch the equity to over to another property that we have. Our policy seems to work great because a lot of people buy a property without seeing it first.
